"Everything can always be different" ~ Alfred Adler
Welcome! If you are here, you are probably feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. I am here to offer a safe and affirming space to work through these challenges no matter where you are on life's journey. I work collaboratively with clients to harness internal creativity and bring joy and growth to difficult situations. I am licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota and provide in person and telehealth services depending on individual needs.
About Me:
I grew up in River Falls and am delighted to be able to pursue my dream of serving my home state of Wisconsin as a Registered Play Therapist™. I love cats, Dr. Who, and all things history. I bring art, sand tray, play and other creative approaches into therapy with all ages. You are unique and therapy should be too!
I attended Adler Graduate School where I completed my MA in Adlerian Psychology and a Post Master's Certificate in Adlerian Counseling. I then completed two years of Post MA training in Play Therapy at Bethel University to obtain my Registered Play Therapist™ credential from the Association for Play Therapy. I am also a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. I am honored to currently serve on the board of the Minnesota Adlerian Network.
I am honored to be part of your journey towards wellness and support you and your family in finding your way towards a satisfying and fulfilling life. I am an affirming provider and have extensive experience with LGBTQAI+ and Neurodiverse individuals.
